Our eyes don’t lie: they’re the windows to the soul. Your eyes and face are the reflections of your health. It showed how healthy you are. I’ve been thinking about this powerful word quite a lot lately because we all know the skin around the eyes is so thin, it’s often one of the first areas on the complexion to display early signs of skin aging, like fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, crow’s feet, and puffiness. Of course, my other concern is having dry skin too. So, it is important to have a suitable skincare routine.
Today, I have 2 products that I’m going to share with you and it is from Shiseido WASO Skincare which the latest skincare range offered by Japanese beauty brand Shiseido.
SHISEIDO WASO Skincare

Packaging:
The product comes in a very sturdy travel-friendly size tube and honestly, I was kind of like this kind of packaging. The product comes in a standard size for primer and eye cream. The tip is not so tiny so the product comes out easily but still, you need to control the pressure when squeezing the product out. Overall, the packaging is the winner for me.
Product Texture:
My thought for Shiseido WASO Poreless Matte Primer:
The texture of this primer is lightweight and creamy but not as thick as a regular cream primer. It stands right in the middle and again, I thought that this primer might not dry down but when I spread the primer evenly, it dries pretty fast and the finish is really matte just like what’s the product claimed to be. This primer makes my skin feels very soft so when I apply the foundation on top of it, it create a nice canvas and the foundation applied very smooth. It does feel a little bit tingly or cooling sensation at first but it doesn’t make my skin irritated or uncomfortable. The scent is really fresh and natural. Overall, it was easy to apply and my makeup lasted throughout my workdays.
Pros:
– Mattifying primers
– Great to apply at T-Zone concerns
– Makeup stays in place
– The scent is refreshing
– Minimize visible pores
– Doesn’t break out
– Nice packaging
Cons:
– The content of the tube is quite small. This means it may run out real fast, depending on how you use it.
My thought for Shiseido WASO Eye Opening Essence:
The texture is quite jelly and it feels very lightweight not just like a typical eye cream texture which is more to thick texture. The gel melted down as soon as when I spread the product. If you look closely there are tiny particles almost like orange glitter in it. After it has been massaged into the eyes, it doesn’t leave my skin greasy or any type of heavy feeling at all. It leaves my eyes feels refresh and awaken. This eye essence works great for me, especially whenever I feel my eyes are so tired or dry. The finish kind of feels like a balm texture that satisfies my hydration crave for my eyes. Again, the scent is so refreshing and kinda addicting.
I think this product is quite good and it does a good job for giving the eyes more extra hydration. I can’t speak upon if it helps lessen my dark circle since the application needs to use for longer period plus it also depends on your activities too and mine is from lack of sleep and my job which looking at the computer almost every day. So if you guys are looking for extra hydration eye cream, this one is definitely one to consider.
Pros:
– Very hydrating
– Give cooling sensation which is enjoying
– Lightweight texture eye cream
– The scent is pleasant
– Nice packaging
– Healing tired eyes
Cons:
– No cons
Have you guys tried any of this product? What are your thoughts on it?
