PRODUCT
The product is a watery, almost scentless liquid. It’s clear and closely resembles water. How I use this toner is, first I wash my face first with a low ph toner. Then, I’ll use a cotton pad and soak it with the Jumiso toner, then swipe it all over my face.
Unlike most chemical exfoliant toners, it doesn’t sting at all. It’s actually quite gentle! Definitely recommend for those with sensitive skin issues. For a chemical exfoliating toner, it doesn’t make my skin feel irritated or red (which usually happens since I have sensitive skin) so I was really impressed!
I’ve been using it for about 3 months now and have somewhat of a solid review. It’s definitely a good gentle chemical exfoliating toner that doesn’t sting your face. Also, I think it has somehow even helped me achieve an even/smoother skin surface and some slight glowiness!
Pros
- 5% AHA – great for beginners
- Doesn’t sting, even for sensitive skin
- Mild/gentle
- Helps to even out/smooth skin over long periods of usage
Cons
- May be too gentle for those who have mature/aging skin (since it’s only 5% AHA)
In a nutshell,
I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a chemical exfoliating AHA toner! Especially those who are beginner and have never really tried chemical exfoliants. Since this is quite gentle/mild, it’s definitely a good start into your intermediate skincare routine venture. Also, I find that over time it does help with evening out skin texture and even gives a slight glowiness to the skin.
