Biore is very well known for its wide range of sunscreens. Just pick whichever you prefer – from liquid texture, to creamy or gel ones. I would say Biore is doing  a great job of fulfilling people’s needs for sun protection. Today, I’ll share with you guys one of my most fav sunscreens from this brand, which is Biore UV Perfect Milk.

Cyclopentasiloxane, Zinc Oxide, Alcohol, Water, Dimethicone, Lauryl Methacrylate/ Sodium Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Talc, Styrene/ Stearyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Glycerin, Methicone, Polysilicone-9, Peg-12 Dimethicone, Peg-32, Titanium Dioxide, Peg-3 Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Aluminum Hydroxide, Dimethicone/ Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Silica

This sunscreen is a physical one. Looking at its ingredients, I found that it contains minerals such as zinc oxide and titanium oxide. Physical sunscreens or often called ‘physical blockers’ will sit on top of skin to reflect the sun rays. This product has an SPF of 50+ and PA++++, which is great for sun protection.

First of all, I really love the packaging! It comes in 40ml, this sunscreen is packed in a sleek and slim soft blue colored plastic bottle. It’s very convenient and travel-friendly with a pointed tip that will control the amount of product you want to dispense. 

Let’s move on to the texture. It’s watery and liquidy with a milky color. This product has a chemical and alcoholic smell. But for me it’s still bearable as there’re other sunscreens out there with a pretty strong alcohol scent if compared to this one . When applying onto the skin, it feels slippery but not greasy at all. This product took a lil bit time to be well absorbed, but it’s still worth it as it will give skin a silky smooth finishing. This product has a very minimal white cast, barely visible especially after it’s blended well to the skin.

As for me, what I love the most about this sunscreen is how it manages to improve my dull skin tone, and brings back an ‘alive look’ back to my face. Sometimes, I only apply sunscreen and am ready to go out without much worry. It’s not sticky and greasy at all, very lightweight on my skin. The fact that it also gives my skin a silky smooth feeling also made me love it more and more! This product leaves my skin with a soft matte finishing, which I really love for my daily looks!

Personally, I think this product did a great job in maintaining high levels of skin protection. As this product is waterproof and sweat resistant, it’s very effective to be used for outdoor activities. From my experience, I would say it lasts longer even though I used it in blazing hot weather like in Malaysia.

There’s only a few concerns regarding this product : it maybe a bit drying for those with dry skin. People with sensitive skin should also be aware of the ingredients as it may somehow trigger your skin condition. For example, the presence of alcohol as one of top ingredients. And also about the alcohol scent, I think those with sensitive nose should consider that too.

All in all, I’m loving this sunscreen sooo dearly. I lost count of how many bottles of this gem that I’ve already used , proving how much I love this product. One thing that’s great about this one is it can also act as a primer to ensure a smooth makeup application. As it’s very lightweight, this sunscreen is an ideal choice to be worn under makeup. The fact that it’s reasonably cheap, very easy to get and it’s capability to protect the skin, is enough to make it as my holy grail!!!
