Love Beauty and Planet Shampoo Hope & Repair | Review

Unilever launched its newest personal care brand in 20 years with Love Beauty and Planet, inspired by Unilever’s Sustainable Living Plan has sustainability at its heart and is designed to meet rising demand from consumers who are looking for more environmentally-responsible products.

With ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients, vegan-friendly formulations and bottles that are 100% recycled and recyclable, LBP is designed to help consumers give a little bit of love back to the planet, without compromising on beauty boosting results. Today, I’m going to review the Love Beauty & Planet Shampoo Hope & Repair, the one in yellow color. People with damaged hair, this is for you! I basically tested all the shampoos just to share an honest review with you guys. I bought this shampoo all by myself and not sponsored or gifted. Every bottles of LBP shampoo is so pretty, I cannot help it!

Used it for a week now and washed my long hair with it almost everyday. I noticed that it actually give my hair a vibrant boost of luscious radiance. Their Shampoos are specially formulated with deeply moisturizing virgin coconut oil that sinks in hair strands to lock in the magnificent moisture.

I once did a scalp analysis at one of the hair salon and was told that I had very very dry and flaky scalp which possibly caused my scalp to secrete more oils and dandruff formation. Even our scalp needs a balanced PH level! And in more severe cases, it might even cause hair fall. After using LBP shampoo, my hair felt lighter, no more greasy feeling or sticky scalp. The hydrating coconut oil that they used to produce the shampoo comes from 250 local, sustainable farms that harvest only the freshest coconuts to replace the usage of silicones. If you don’t know how silicones actually damages our hair, you should google and find out the answer and it will freak you out!

Overall, I love this shampoo because of ylang ylang, the jasmine-like scent blends really well with fruit and spice to coconut oil’s decadent that brings the delicate fragrance. From the picture itself, you could see how milky and creamy of the texture. It is somewhat like lightweight kind of shampoo to me,

This shampoo is totally a game changer for me! I did another scalp analysis after a week of using this shampoo and found that the flakes on scalp reduced and I started to notice that the oil on my scalp is controlled pretty well. Even after 48 hours of not washing my hair,  I still felt fresh an my scalp feels light. No itchiness nor unpleasant smell!
