REVIEW | LaF Teatree + BHA Pore Corset Ampoule

Recently, I’ve been loving tea tree based skincare so much, and luckily my skin loves it too! Actually, there are so many Korean skincare brands that I pretty much haven’t finish digging yet. I saw from Naver website, there are so many skincare brands but not yet available here and some of it got good review on it. So I always waiting for it! Without talking too much, let’s jump into the review!

Description of product:
“Chameleon (houttuynia cordata) extract smooths rough skin with visible pores, agarikon (fomitopsis o cinalis) extract controls sebum, and tea tree extract and cypress leaf extract help soothe the skin.

Pore-care ampoule with BHA that help exfoliate the skin and control excess sebum without causing irritation.”

How to use:
After cleansing, prep the skin with toner. Dispense 3-4 drops of the ampoule and spread it all over the face. Finish with the rest of your skin.

Product packaging:
This ampoule comes in a glass bottle and a dropper. This is quite a standard packaging and it works. No complaints, nothing to write home about. Just perfect.

Texture/ Finish:
The texture of LaF Teatree + BHA Pore Corset Ampoule seems a bit lighter than the Cosrx ampoule ones. For an ampoule, this is definitely on the lightweight side and doesn’t feel sticky. It absorbs into the skin gradually with no greasy finish. For my skin, it helps to calm the skin and I feel like it gives enough hydration and at the same time, wide pores are getting treated too. I used this product as daily skincare and right now almost half of it and it did not irritate my skin at all. Overall I liked this product but I wasn’t blown away. It does a good job in calming the skin but I’m not sure if my skin is just that resilient but I do still like the finish.
