REVIEW | Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Foam

Hey everybody! MCO lifted which means back to the gym! WOohoo~~~ I’ve been waiting for these day for such a long long time. I often hit the gym before the lockdown. So yea, back to the point. So I was so excited today and packed my gym bag, and guess what, I forgot my to tag along my mini cleanser with me!

I’m so used to shower at the gym after my workout session. I cannot stand washing my face without any cleanser! OCD people like me definitely need to shower before I go home. I hate that sweaty and sticky sweat on me. So, I went to grab a cheap and simple cleanser to use for today, at least there’s something to wash my face with. Better than none right. So Watson was just right 1 floor above my gym, I quickly ran up and grab a cleanser before my class started.

I was totally in a rush, and I just walked passed Garnier and I spotted this Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Skin Energizing Foam. What really caught my eye is the acne-fighting formula. Yes, I always prefer cleansers that help with acne because I always have acne on my face here and there. And it was affordable too. So why not give a try right?

So let’s get started with the review!

The facial foam has a very mild yet fruity fragrance. But the smell is mild enough and not bothersome to my nose. As you can see from the photo, the facial foam is pearl white in colour. The texture of this foam is qute thick and creamy. A five-cent amount is good enough to cleanse my whole face nicely. Normally I will use together with my Foreo Mini to glide on my face.

It creates a rich lather and cleanses my skin nicely. It helps in taking away every bit of oil and dirt from my face and gives me a nice squeaky-clean feeling.

How to use:

This facial foam makes my skin soft and smooth. It says here to brighten up the skin, control excess oil and acne. Well, to be honest it does brighten up my face a little but not much. It does control sebum secretion as my face doesnt feel that oily after washing. This facial cleanser is mild enough and does not cause any discomfort or irritation on me. It washes off easily and does not leave any residue behind. Overall, this is a nice product I would say.
