REVIEW | Ryo Scalp Deep Cleansing Shampoo

I realized that not many people really talk and review about this shampoo brand ‘Ryo’ so I decided to review it since I am using one of their products now. I will input my 2 cents opinion on these wonderful products here for your reference.

Ever since I had a sensitive scalp, I always look for a better shampoo that target mainly on scalp and hair loss. I never try any Ryo shampoos before in my life, but definitely a lot of it in the market. I gave this Ryo Scalp Deep Cleansing Shampoo a try mainly also because I need a deep cleansing shampoo that can also control my sebum production.

My hair tend to get oily so fast; I washed in the morning and probably during evening I could feel some oiliness on my scalp already. Previously I had a very bad hair loss and scalp issue, its really terrible and scary that I loss so much of hair and I need to visit hair salon for a treatment.  Since then, I will never use any normal shampoo in the market anymore. Not because they are not good or but just because they’re not suitable for my scalp. I could feel itchiness strikes on me whenever I used these shampoos so I try to avoid them.

It is made of a blend of oriental pine needle and 100% Korean fermented mints. In the shampoo itself has a tiny little capsules. Pine needle function as a scalp purifier and helps in conditioning, whereas for the fermented mints it helps in control excess sebum production.

My Opinion:

Finally, the results! I had been using this consistently for over 2 weeks period before I dropped a review here. I must say that I am impressed. It had calmed down and soothed all itchiness and irritation on my scalp.

My scalp is no longer itchy, flaky and dry. Everything is perfect for me. I could see my hair was bouncier than before and not as flat as a pancake! Due to genetics, I have  very straight hair. My scalp feels lighter as it washed off all the sebum that sit on my scalp.

I’m extremely careful when it comes to picking shampoo, cause I doesn’t want the history to repeat anymore and cause a damage on my scalp. I spent about a year to treat my hair loss and scalp problem. In terms of smell, it was fine for me, acceptable and not very choking kind of fragrance. It smells really fresh and refreshing after washing my hair.

No bad comment for me this in this shampoo, personally I think its worth to repurchase if you looking for a good scalp shampoo. This 400ml was a little small for me, it doesn’t last long for me as I have a very long hair.
