How To Use
Shake well before use. Dot the foundation onto cheek, chin, forehead and nose. Using fingers, make up sponge or brush, blend the foundation out towards the hairline and down. Finish it with translucent powder or just let it be.
Comes in a nice convenient tube, slim packaging and has a pointed nozzle. The nozzle perfectly control the amount needed according to how much pressure I apply on the tube. It has a transparent side (in the middle) so I can get the idea of the color and amount left. The back has a handy little guide indicating the ingredients, shade and description. The most important things are it’s light and travel friendly.
This foundation has a thin texture but not runny, more on the creamy side. The coverage is medium and buildable to full coverage. This lightweight foundation dries quickly but allowed enough time to spread and set.
It has a mild pleasant scent. I can’t describe what it’s smell like but I love the scent.
According from their website, this shade is more suitable for neutral undertone peeps. It dries down quite fast leaving me the fully matte finishing with a smooth texture. I don’t need to apply with any setting powder afterwards because I don’t want to have flat matte finishing. It does covers my imperfections and it fills and set even in pores. Thanks to the silicones formula.
The finishing really impressed me as it don’t make my skin cakey and it’s transferred proof! Not as good as their Fresh Foundation range, but still good in hold the foundation on my skin. I wear protection mask when going outside and there’s nothing on the mask when I removed it.
In terms of the coverage, for my skin (I have some freckles, redness and acne scars) it does a great job. It covers really well even with single application. I don’t apply any primer just my day to day skincare and sunscreen.
I don’t recommend this foundation to dry skin peeps or those who has dry patches because you know how matte foundation will do on their skin. I think L’Oréal Fresh Foundation will suits them well.
It’s a great value of money where I can get this cheaper during sales. It has a huge amount than the other foundations and it does a wonderful job on my skin. This foundation doesn’t clogged my pores or give me bad reaction towards it. (A bonus).
