REVIEW | Saborino Morning Facial Sheet Mask #Moisturizing

Start your mornings right with Saborino Morning Facial Sheet Mask

If sheet masking is an important step in your skincare routine, you’d probably already notice that they tend to waste a lot of plastics or packaging. My bin filled up really quick on those days when I religiously sheet masking every day

‘Why don’t they sell some in packs of seven, easier to track if I’ve been slacking on sheetmask’

‘Aaa I’m packing to travel this weekend and these sheetmasks are taking up my pouch’s space’

‘Sometime I just wish they sold them in bundle packs instead….’

Do you have these thoughts on mind? Did you know that Asians’ brands especially Japanese and Korean has a variety of sheetmasks in packs of 3, 5, 7 and even more than 30 pieces are available too. It’s reassuring that they are thinking the same to make sheetmasks more eco-friendly and produce less waste

Here I would like to take the chance and introduce to you guys SABORINO, a popular Japanese brand that provide this sort of bundle-packed sheetmask! I will be reviewing the Morning Mask in Yellow #Moisturing

Post-masking Thoughts

As I open the packaging, I caught a whiff of the scent and immediately reminds me of those herbal HACKS candies. But my husband disagree with me, he said the scent is much like Strepsils lozenges in Honey Lemon 😂

The sheetmask material is stretchable and a lil stiff IMO but as this mask is intended to use in just 1 minute, I’m okay with it. The sheetmask is soo cooling (plus I put it in fridge beforehand) it definitely refresh my skin up instantly. However the cooling sensation is quite strong for my eyes, I had some struggle to keep them open as it stings my eyes

After a minute or so I take off the mask and tap my skin to aid the absorption. It left a slightly greasy finish on my skin. I like the refreshing feeling and my skin looks less red and brighten too. I didn’t proceed with any make up tho but surprisingly my skin doesn’t produce much sebum throughout the day as I usually would

TBH I would still complete my routine with at least a sunscreen if I’m going to do my make up and went out. But if I’d spend my time indoor, the hydration is good enough to complement a light makeup

I would recommend this sheetmask if you’re not sensitive with alcohol and essential oils. It is affordable, cost-effective and eco-friendly! BRB I’m gonna get me other variant to try out! 😆
