REVIEW | Moist Diane Perfect Beauty Extra Volume & Scalp

My Holy Grail Shampoo!

I permed by hair a few years back and severely damaged my hair. I trusted the wrong hair salon! My hair is so oily and flat now and on top of that I have naturally straight hair too. I can’t risk having damaged hair again because this will lead to hair loss or I may need to cut it short! Which is a big no no for me! I kept my long hair for such a long time and its like my precious baby!

Almost everyday, I experience hair loss  from washing, combing and blowing my hair. On average, I comb my hair like 3 to 4 times a day? And each time I comb, there will be hair that are caught in between my comb! I have seen a lot of advertisement for this shampoo, and some people are even selling this shampoo LIVE on social media too. So tempted to try it out. I glad that Hermo is selling and I managed to grab a bottle to try. I shared this shampoo with my mum because she is having the same problem as mine due to constant dyeing and perming. Today, I’ll be sharing with you one of the products I’ve used that helped save my hair –Moist Diane Perfect Beauty Extra Volume & Scalp Shampoo.

This is the scalp and volume shampoo from Japan under the brand Moist Diane. Moist Diane has a lot of shampoos and other hair care products as they claim that they are the premium salon-quality hair care collection. Why didn’t I notice this brand when I was in Japan! Regret that I didn’t grab a dozen back!

But I’m glad that now they made our lives easier since their products are now easily available in Hermo website! The Moist Diane scalp and volume shampoo is a hair saving shampoo that helps to keep the hair and scalp healthy. It also formulated with four different oils namely Moroccan argan oil, Baobab oil, Lupin oil and Marula oil which are perfect for nourishing the hair. The problem that I’m facing mainly hair loss and itchy scalp whereas my mum has dandruff and thin hair. This shampoo just came in so handy for us to treat our hair problems!

How to use:

Wet your hair with warm water and coat hair with a liberal amount of shampoo. Gently massage the scalp and roots with fingertips to work into a lather and rinse off with water thoroughly.

After 1 week of usage. Before and After

My Opinion:

I did not edit or dye my hair my in the picture above for the before and after. Probably due to the lighting and angle I took. After a month of using this product (maybe 3 times use per week), I can say that it helped lessen the hair fall plus made my scalp much more healthier. I could see less hair on the floor whenever I sweep my floor. I really love the nice pleasant scent.

This shampoo made my hair feel fresh and look volumized right after wash. But the volumizing effect doesn’t last. After an hour, my hair will be back to flat again. Personally, I would say that it is a good shampoo for those with scalp problem like me. Overall it is a good shampoo to invest into each households. This shampoo claims that it is free from silicone and paraben as well, which means it doesn’t have any harmful ingredients in it. To me, it is quite pricey for this size of shampoo and probably lasts me only 4 months as I have a very long hair. Would rate 5/5 for this product and recommended for all hair types too.
