How to use:
Apply the white color side of the mask on eye. The warming of the mask would last for 10 minutes. After that, remove the mask before sleep.

I barely smell the lavender but I believe the scent was light, feel refresh, and calm.
Once you wear the eyes mask, you will immediately feel the heat but it is comfortable and relaxing. I almost fell asleep with the eyes mask too. This mask is recommended to wear before bedtime but you can also use it while traveling or during the break time in office.
