I believe the brand Biore is a brand that everyone knows for its affordable products and easily accessibility at our local retailers or shops.
So today I’ll be sharing on this No. 1 Cleansing Oil in Japan that is claimed to be great at removing medium to heavy make-up – Biore Cleansing Oil.
Oil-based makeup remover with high cleansing efficacy that instantly removes long-wearing makeup, even waterproof mascara!
1) Excellent Cleansing Performance
Effectively dissolves and removes stubborn makeup residues quickly to prevent excessive rubbing around delicate eye areas.
2) Its advanced Japan formulation which can be used on wet face, thus allowing optimum cleansing even if used while in-shower.
3) Infused with fruity fragrance for a refreshing scent.
How to Use:
1. Pump appropriate amount of cleansing oil onto palm and gently massage on face to dissolve makeup
2. Rinse thoroughly with water when makeup dissolved
– Mineral oil:
It is a good emollient, especially good to remove oil and oil-like substances without stripping the skin. However, mineral oil is known to be comedogenic (pore clogging)
Works as stabilizer in the formulation but may be drying some people’s skin
It is usually added to give a pleasant scent to the product

The cleansing oil comes in a purple tinted, plastic bottle with a pump dispenser.

A light oil that turns milky when water is added.
My Skin Type:
Oily, Acne- prone with easily congested pores
I started doing the double cleansing method daily ever since wearing a face mask is compulsory whenever we, Malaysians go out to public places.
This cleansing oil is exactly what I was looking for in a first cleanser; lightweight and great at removing impurities and make-up.
I love that Biore provides a removable stopper at the pump since I can bring it travel without having any accidental spillage inside my bag.
This cleansing oil has a grape-like fragrance which I love. It’s a pleasant one I promise. However, if you are not a fan of fragranced products, do note on this since it contains fragrance.
I love a lightweight cleansing oil because enjoy massaging my face while cleansing my pores and skin. This one glides easily on my skin and it instantly does its job in melting away the make-up I had on.
It removes even heavy make-up with just 3 pumps of cleansing oil. I love how effortlessly it took to completely remove my full face makeup: foundation, concealers, mascara, blusher, contour, highlighter, liquid lipstick and eyeshadow powders, you name it, it will remove it.
I also love using this cleansing oil to remove the skincare products I have on my face. I can definitely see the impurities it took out from my pores in the form of white or black small bits (gunks) that are visible on my hands.
This is great to remove sunscreen before we take the ablution to pray.
What is unique about this cleansing oil is the formulation is made to not emulsify easily when in contact with water. So, I can cleanse my face while having a hot shower session.
While it does not emulsify much, it can be easily washed off with water. An extra point is it does not leaves greasy film on my face.
I want to share my experience that it does sting my eyes when I am removing my eye make-up. However when I am only using it to remove the skincare products around my eye areas, I didn’t experience the stinging sensation which surprised me.
I love how clean my skin feels especially my pores which are decongested after I use this cleansing oil. It does not strip off my skin too.
I did not experience any adverse reaction such as skin’s irritation, itchiness or clogged pores (tiny bumps) from using the product. However, do note that you may experience different reaction or result because our skin differs individually.
Yes, already did ❣️
