REVIEW | Benton Fermentation Eye Cream

The first time I saw this eye cream I was shocked because of its price. It comes in small 30g tubes sizes with a black coloured packaging and at first I thought maybe it is pricey because it looks really luxurious and fancy. But once I discovered the ingredients and found the first main ingredients is Galactomyces and I immediately understood why.

I am super excited to try this eye cream because it is the first eye cream that I owned that has Galactomyces as its first ingredients list. Now what is Galactomyces? Galactomyces is a type of yeast. It is commonly used as a sake fermentations process. Did you remember when SK11 products launched and their stories behind it? They said that it was created when they saw some villagers has a very wrinkly faces but their hands are super smooth like babies. After they do some research, they had found that the villagers used to make their Sake rice and stir with their hands for all of the process in making sake. Then it was found that they used the yeast to produced fermented rice water as sake and after that, galactomyces were found and used in a lot of skincare products these day.

Galactomyces has a great moisturising properties, it has a great tendency to improve product absorptions like antioxidants and it helps a lot on reducing the appearance of wrinkles and improve the moisturising level of the skin. This is super great because this eye cream contains galactomyces and it is good for firming the eye skin area and improve the appearance of wrinkles. It is also contains Bifida Ferment Lysate, sh-Oligopeptide-1 and Ceramides. This formula helps to prevent skin damage and relieve skin irritations and stress. Containing Adenosine, this eye cream helps to achieve smooth and youthful eye areas.

This eye cream is almost unscented because I coulcn’t smell any scent coming from it, the texture of it is also thick, creamy, and almost feels like silicone but still it is really easy to spread and super fast absorbing into skin. I love that this eye cream is really comfortable on the eyes and I almost can see immediate results from it overnight. The morning after I used it, I can see the skin around eyes looking plumper and I didn’t see any undereye bags.

My Review
I love this eye cream so much! Even if it is expensive for a decent amount of products, I will still repurchase it because this is one of the eye creams that I can see immediate effects after one usage. It is super comfortable on my skin, did not leave me with any irritation and did not make my eyes feeling heavy. I love it because some of the other eye creams I ever tried do make my eyes feel a little heavy and almost irritated my eyes. This is a highly recommended eye cream from me if you are really looking for an eye cream to reduce your wrinkles, make the skin around your eye look plumper and even reduce your eyebags. Recommended!
