Whenever my skin is having skin issues such as acne, inadequacy of hydration, and irritated I always go back to the basics. When having a skin issue, I always prefer to hydrate my skin since hydration is the blueprint to healthy skin. Hyaluronic acid have been my favorite ingredient when I need to hydrate my skin so IUNIK Vitamin Hyaluronic Acid Vitalizing Toner one of my top pick in terms of providing hydration to my skin.
Vitamin Hyaluronic Acid Vitalizing Toner is a gel-type toner that can restore skin’s vitality and also provide moisture to the skin with Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruits Extract 5% and Hyaluronic acid 45%. Due to the immense content of hyaluronic acid, it doesn’t only boost skin hydration it also makes the skin looks radiant and dewy. It also splendid in nutrition since it contains Vitamin C which is 12 times the amount of oranges.
This toner uses naturally derived ingredient that minimizes skin aging from ultra-violet rays, which is the major cause of aging skin, protects the skin from stress and environmental condition. It is formulated with oil-free formula but at the same time very moisturizing to the skin.

PACKAGING, TEXTURE AND SCENTS
The toner is packaged in a transparent bottle with 200ml capacity. The viscosity of the toner is a runny gel. It is lightweight and thin. It easily absorbed into the skin without stickiness and a few drops of it is sufficient for my skin to get the moisture it needs. It is also applicable in 7 skincare methods since the viscosity is thin perfect for the layering method. I can smell a somewhat citrusy scent that is very mild almost scentless and the toner had light orange color translucent in it. With 200ml capacity, this toner usually lasts me about 3-4 months which is a long time to finish the toner.
Back in 2018, this is one of the first k-beauty products that I used. At that time I was having a severe breakout and this toner had been my savior since then. Whenever I used this toner in my skincare routine my skin seems to calm down from irritation. My skin is so in love with this toner due to high in hyaluronic acid. The toner has a slightly sticky feeling in it but it doesn’t last for too long on the skin. This feeling promptly disappears as soon as I layered on another skincare (serum/moisturizer) on top of it after the toner absorbs into the skin.
What I love the most about this toner is the after-effect it gives where I see a subtle glow to my skin. my skin always feels supple and well hydrated even when I skip moisturizer in my skincare routine. This is the only toner that allows me to skip moisturizer but I’m still waking with smooth and supple skin.
In terms of a skin brightening effect, I can say my skin’s tone looks slightly brightened up but this also due to the frequent use of other complementary product that I used in my skincare routine but I can say this toner might be one the product that caused my skin to brighten a bit.
I’ve tried so many hydrating toners from local, Japanese, and Korean skincare brand toner but only this toner that I repurchase due to the nutrition it provides for my skin. Not only that, but it is also gentle on my overly sensitized skin, and my skin loves this toner so much. Safe to say it is the savior to my problematic skin. I highly recommend this toner to everyone since it can minimize our skincare products because sometimes in skincare routine less is always more especially for overly sensitized skin condition as mine that always needs to be well taken care of by carefully choosing the product that is using gentle formulation such as IUNIK’s products.
