REVIEW | Tsubaki Extra Moist Conditioner

I love to try out hair care from other countries, just like how much I love trying different brands for skincare. Yes indeed, sometimes you might find true gems or your cup of tea, which you may never thought would be found in your regular drugstore. But Tsubaki is rather famous though. If you don’t know, they are actually under the same family of Shiseido. Totally no introduction needed for Shiseido, been such a strong brand in market since then. Who doesn’t know about this brand?! This brand is super famous in Japan, you could find it in almost all their drugstores. I guess it should be cheaper if purchase in Japan.

I grabbed this conditioner as they was some special promotion, being a typical Malaysian who love discounts, I just bought it without second thoughts. I have waist length hair, so conditioner runs out really quickly for me. I have a hard time washing and combing my hair if I skipped my conditioner for a day. A lot of hair would fall when I comb or blow dry it. Long hair is not to easy maintain I would say, but still I want to keep it longer. I noticed that my hair is no longer shiny as previously, probably because of I permed my hair.

This Tsubaki Extra Moist Conditioner contains camelia oil that claims to provide shine and gloss to hair. Well, I really look forward for the result. Keep reading to know more about the product.

How to Use:

WASH HAIR, WRING DRY. MASSAGE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT INTO HAIR, COVER STRANDS AND HAIR ENDS. RINSE WELL WITH CLEAR WARM WATER. CAN BE USED DAILY.

My Opinion:

This hair conditioner comes in a smaller red tube bottle, I think they have a bigger sized in pump bottle as well. I like this squeezable bottle, it is super handy when in the shower; just need to turn the bottle upside down and squeeze a little. The conditioner is a light yellow in colour and the texture is kind of thick, but it is squeezed out easily without extra effort. In terms of scent, I would say that it was quite overbearing with fragrance, my bathroom was filled with fragrance even after my shower LOL. Although the scent is strong, but I find it quite unique and I love it.

This conditioner left my hair feeling smooth and manageable, even when I comb, I could see lesser hair fall to be honest. I personally don’t own any frizzy hair, but sometimes I could feel some dryness at the end of my hair, this conditioner totally my saviour for my split ends! My hair was not greasy nor weighed down after using it,  just soft and smooth. When applying, don’t rub the conditioner into your scalp area, but rather spread it throughout the ends as conditioners should not be applied on your hair roots. I love this conditioner so much, Japanese brands specially their hair care and skincare will never disappoint me. Highly recommend this product with 5 stars!
