REVIEW | Yadah Vitalizing Mask Pack

To me, happiness is having a fully filled mask basket. I keep my mask stash in a cute basket and the fuller it gets, the more satisfied I am. Show of hands who here is like me too! 🙋 This time I decided to try Yadah’s Vitalizing Mask pack as my mask basket was starting to show gaps and I no longer required effort to stuff them in, which for me was a little sad. 😢😂 Also because I saw some influencers promote their sunscreen years ago and have been intrigued to try the hipster Korean brand.

Yadah offers products that are free from sulfates, artificial colouring and animal ingredients. Their products contain natural ingredients and are great for sensitive skin (me 🙋). Their masks are made with 100% organic cotton (best for holding water and essence) packed with purely vegetable essence with the best effect by each function. They’ve got 5 types of masks, all made with natural ingredients for specific functions.

Pomegranate – Vitalizing
Snail – Collagen
Honey – Moisturizing
Cactus – Soothing
Lime – Brightening

Yadah’s Pomegranate Vitalizing Mask Pack contains 3100ppm pomegranate extract which is packed full of Vitamin A, B1, B2, E, antioxidants and natural estrogen targeted to bring vitality, smoothness and deep moisturising benefits, creating healthier looking skin.

How to use:

  1. After cleansing the face, apply toner to adjust skin’s PH balance.
  2. Unfold the mask and place it on the face, leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Gently pat excess essence until absorbed completely.
  4. Remove the sheet and proceed with your usual skincare routine.

My review:

The mask had their iconic grungy girl on the front which attracted me to the brand in the first place. It was soaked really well, with generous excess essence in the pack! There wasn’t a plastic film layer, but it was quite easy to unfold the mask and the shape of the mask held well. Often masks without a plastic film layer would tear a bit or go out of shape, but this one didn’t even though it’s quite thin. There was a slight scent which was fruity and floral, but it didn’t cause any allergic reactions or burning sensation which was great to me.

After leaving it on for 20 minutes, I saw a slight glow and plumped, moisturized skin.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it raved all the natural ingredients but the ingredient list didn’t contain much natural ingredients. Overall, still quite a good mask, wouldn’t say it was extraordinary but it was pretty good.
