Hi guys! It’s me again. Today I’m going to show you guys the product that helps me dealing with angry skin. As you know I live in hot climate weather, near the sea and rarely rains. Selecting good skincare for my skin could be challenging because I need something that easily absorb, lightweight and can help me with my redness.

Luckily Axis-y has introduced this ampoule that really meets my expectation. This ampoule using artichoke as their core ingredient along with Centella Asiatica, Tea Tree, Sugar Cane, Aloe Barbadensis, Licorice and Okra as their main ingredients.

Artichoke is food! Well, according to Wikipedia – The globe artichoke (Cynara cardunculus var. scolymus),[1] also known by the names French artichoke and green artichoke in the U.S.,[2] is a variety of a species of thistle cultivated as a food.

The edible portion of the plant consists of the flower buds before the flowers come into bloom. The budding artichoke flower-head is a cluster of many budding small flowers (an inflorescence), together with many bracts, on an edible base. Once the buds bloom, the structure changes to a coarse, barely edible form. Another variety of the same species is the cardoon, a perennial plant native to the Mediterranean region. Both wild forms and cultivated varieties (cultivars) exist.

How To Use

Packaging

This Ampoule comes in a green glass transparent bottle with a pipette cap. I can attest to the labelling’s waterproof-ness! It does not peel off too. They have both English and Korean information that I found very convenient.

Texture

It has a runny watery gel-like texture that spreads easily and absorbs quickly into the skin. It has faint scent and doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky or oilier. My ski feel so hydrated. I like how plump and glowy my skin looks without the stickiness!

Experience

This ampoule is rich in anti-oxidants and nourishing ingredients. It protects my skin from damage, moderates sebum production and soothe the skin. The hydration power is quite impressive too. It can cooperate with any of my routine. When most of the ampoule I used has thick texture, this ampoule is so lightweight and fully absorb into my skin. I feel so comfortable to be using it day and night.

I can see it help soothing and calming my redness and repair my skin barrier. It also helps reduce the appearance of my pores. What I like the most is the hydration power that it gives me. Just one pump it covers the whole face.

Be in mind I have combination skin – oily on my t-zone, normal and sometimes dry around my u-zone, and this ampoule really meets my expectation. I never thought that artichoke can be a good company to get a clear skin.
