Hair serum have been a must for me as my current hair is very dry and looks sick after I bleached my own hair. >,< This is Mise En Scene Perfect Serum Repair and has been working great for me and I recently repurchased it so I thought it was fitting to do a full review for you guys. Let’s start! ヽ(〃・ω・)ノ.

What it is :
”Exposure from the environment’s harsh elements is inevitable as we are all surrounded by these things every single day. Damaged hair can lead to brittleness and stubborn tangles but this could be solved in an instant with Mise en Scene’s Damage Care Perfect Serum! It not only repairs and revives damaged hair, but also provides a protective barrier to make the hair stronger and less prone to further damage.”

Amount of product:
70ml

Made in:
Korea

Ingredients:
Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, Dimethicone, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Sclerocarya Birrea Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Glycolipids, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Fruit Lipids, Fragrance

Product packaging:
The packaging of this product is simple and straightforward with its orange/gold plastic bottle and plastic black pump and black cap. The cap usually comes off easily and it’s not sturdy at all. The only complaint is once you drop the bottle, the pump will slightly broken.

How to use:
After towel drying your hair, pump a coin sized amount (about 2-3 pump) onto your palms. Spread evenly onto your damp hair with your hands. After drying your hair, apply more to the ends of your hair. Can be applied to wet or dry hair.

Texture/ Finish:
The texture of this serum in oil is, well oily. The texture feels smooth and doesn’t appear so greasy. After applying, my hair feels smooth and soft and it takes a good time to well dry. My frizzy hair was not completely gone, but with just a little hair wax, it gives a nice texture to my hair. This hair serum can last very long so it saves money. I found out if I wear too much it does make my hair feels very oily, so it is recommended to use 1 or 2 pumps for thin hair like me. They said 2 or 3 pumps but for my hair condition, I only need 1-2 pumps.

Fragrance:
This serum has a pleasant scent. To be honest, I like the scent a lot.

Pros:
– Affordable
– Hair feels soft and smooth
– Travel-friendly packaging
– The serum smell nice

Cons:
– Too much may cause the hair becomes oily

Rating: 4/5
