Nivea is considered one of my favourite brands and I have tested a lot of their products. Shower gel, lip balm and body lotions; I literally grew up with this brand. From time to time, the brand comes up with new items and is getting more and more attractive. Recently they even launched a sustainable shower gel bottle. Among of all these items, I think Nivea Lip Balm is one of the products that I used the most.
I have chapped lips often so I really use up my lip balm quite fast. If you know, Nivea has this Fruity range which is quite famous too and I would say it is the best coloured lip balm ever. They came up with four different variants and today I’m going to share my thoughts on this Peace Shine. I never loved peach in real life but the color of it really very pretty and I love at first sight and first sniff? HAHA. The lip balm was formulated with Hydra IQ that gives long-lasting moisturization. When it comes to the packaging, nothing fancy and pretty simple one. The cap is bright orange and the twister is white in colour.

My opinion:
I’m a sucker for new lip balm flavours and colours and it was so easy to convince me to buy a product. HAHA! I never had any colours that is similar to this before that’s why I choose to buy this. I’m not really a lipstick person but more on lip balm as I use it in daily basis. The lip balm is a very light orange to coral colored stick, but on the lips, it is only mildly pigmented. Don’t expect a very strong colour and note that this is a lip balm not lip stick so pretty understandable. The lip balm also has shimmery particles, which are very visible in the tube, but not very much on the lips.
To be very honest, your chapped lips cannot be healed by using this fruit range of lip balm but it only able to protect your lips from further drying as it offers only mild moisturizing. If you need something that able to heal chapped lip, I would suggest you to go with their colorless ones. Overall this is very comfortable to wear and not too heavy.
