REVIEW | Nivea Fresh Blend Refreshing Shower #Apricot Mango

Today I’m going to share my experience with this newly launched Nivea Shower Blend of Apricot and Mango. Have you guys tried it out yet? I tried the one in Raspberry last month and I’m going to share my thoughts on this Nivea Shower Blend in Apricot and Mango in rice milk today.

Personally, I hate apricot so much and I don’t like apricot fruit in my life, ever. I just don’t like the taste of it and that whole thing. So, when I actually received this shower gel, I was like SERIOUSLY, APRICOT smell on my body?! My first impression is a big NO NO on and it was my first time ever seen apricot shower gel in my entire life.

Just so you know, apricots are a great source of many antioxidants. Not only that, apricots are naturally high in water, which is important for staying hydrated for our skin as well. Mangos are also a nutritious fruit loaded with healthy nutrients that help in support your skin and overall health. The contents of vitamin A, vitamin C, and antioxidants in mango may help in prevention of premature aging and protect our skin from the sun damage.

The combination of both fruits are just so perfect for a refreshing pleasant shower experience. Nivea been practice sustainability by using only 100% recycled pet plastic bottle, such a great job for saving our mother nature and reduced the impact on the environment. I would say that it contains 90% of natural ingredients only and the good thing is it is a vegan product too!

How to use:

  1. Lather body wash gentle all over body
  2. Rinse off with water
  3. Suitable for everyday use

My opinion and thoughts:

It is a perfect shower gel for this 24/7 summer season in Malaysia. Personally I feel that it is way too fruity and sweet for me. Hopefully it doesn’t get me diabetes! LOL. I’m more of a floral and ocean scent person. I prefer something that is fresh and light. This shower gel is way too fruity to me and totally not my cup of tea to be honest. But it does a great job in body cleansing and doesn’t leave any residue behind after washing.

If you need a nice smell after your sweating session, I think this is a good choice for you. Trust me, you will smell pleasant in all day long. The scent does linger on your body for quite some time. This bottle of 300ml probably could last you about 1 month maybe, depending how many times you use it in a day. Overall this is a good product that worth a try, just that I don’t really love the smells of apricot and mango.
