I have to admit that I’m such a clumsy person, I either lose my skincare somewhere or I forgot about it and I would keep on re-buying it over and over again. I’m actually planning to look for a face scrub at first and I got no idea why I ended up buying this daily pore cleanser. I do squeeze out a little from the tester and the texture is good enough to be a face scrub. It contains:
- Apple fruit-acid formula with gentle micro-scrubbing beads work deep down to unclog pores and remove blackheads.
- Pure Rice extract controls oil to help prevent new blackheads from forming.
If you don’t know about this brand, this is such an old-but-gold brand that kind of famous back then during my teenage time. Probably not many drugstores still carry this brand, but no worries you could get it from Hermo easily, super convenient. It has blue and white micro beads and more on clear-like gel texture. Somehow I still prefer gel texture than a creamy one, as cream or foam type normally will dry up my skin surface. Scrubbing once or twice in a month is good to get rid of dead skin that seat on skin surface break down the trapped oil and dirt.
Recommended for
- Those who want to remove blackheads and excess oil without over dry their skin.
- Suitable for normal, combination, oily and blackhead-prone skin.

How to use:
SQUEEZE A SMALL AMOUNT ON WET PALM. AS YOU WORK INTO A RICH LATHER GENTLY MASSAGE PRODUCT ALL OVER FACE, AVOIDING THE EYE AREA. RINSE OFF THOROUGHLY. USE TWICE DAILY AS PART OF YOUR 3-STEP, CLEANSE, TONE AND MOISTURIZE REGIMEN FOR SKIN THAT’S CLEAN, CLEAR AND UNDER CONTROL.

My opinion:
Once I flip the lid, I could smell the soft apple scent and I don’t even squeeze it out yet. I just need to squeeze a decent amount on my palm and wet it, immediately it turned white and foamy. As I rubbed it against my hands, the beads felt very mild and did not hurt my skin barrier. It was a good exfoliator I would say but advise not to use it daily if you have sensitive skin. I felt a slight tingling and tightness on my face right after washing and I don’t really like it.
Indeed it does helps in removing excess sebum but my blackheads and whiteheads still remain and not much changes I could see. But if you are looking for an affordable facial wash, this is a good buy as the price is not that expensive for this huge tube. This cleanser is not my cup of tea but still a good product. I will not repurchase again as I does not suitable for my skin type.
