How often do you use panty liner? Well for me, I use it after my usual menstrual cycles usually when it gets lesser during the end of the cycle. And by then you’re not gonna use a whole big pad right? Not only that, usually I will pack a pack of panty liners with me if I’m going to travel. Well, I’m not going to waste my time to wash my undies during travel or replace it with any disposable panties. It will be such a waste and expensive in the long run. Imagine how many disposable panties being added to the rubbish pile?
Well, panty liners come in handy for such situations. Carefree is one of the brands that are more famous for they panty liners rather than sanitary pads. When it comes to panty liners, without any second thought I will always go to my trusted brand Carefree. Fans here for more than a decades!

Today I’m going to share my thoughts and review for these three types of panty liners from Carefree that I’ve tried. Yes, I use it every month and a pack of 40 pieces lasts me for quite awhile actually. The first one that I ever tested is the Carefree Breathable in Blue. If you are using it everyday I think this is a good one. Totally unscented at all and guess what? It is 3 times more breathable compared to the rest. If you are having mild discharge, I would recommend this based on my personal experience. The cotton is so soft and totally so comfortable to put on without any itchiness or irritation. It is not too thick and I would say that I almost don’t feel anything on my panty at all.
I would change to different kind of panty liners on and off depending on my needs and also the activities that I would carry on that day itself. If I’m towards the last few days before ending my menstrual cycle, I would use this Carefree Super Dry (Purple), usually at night. This panty liner has a body contoured shape for a close and comfortable fit which stick perfectly on my undies. The strip is quite wide and keep the liner securely in place. Not just that this panty liner has a slightly thicker cotton on it and recommended to those to use it at night. It has a moisture-proof backing to prevent leakage during your sleep at night.

How to use:
WASH YOUR HANDS WITH AN ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP AND WATER. DRY YOUR HANDS USING A CLEAN COTTON TOWEL. REMOVE THE LINER FROM THE WRAPPER. PEEL OFF THE PIECE OF PAPER THAT COVERS THE ADHESIVE SIDE OF THE LINER. LAY YOUR PANTY FLAT AND PLACE THE ADHESIVE SIDE OF THE LINER ON THE CENTER AREA. IT SHOULD BE DIRECTLY BENEATH YOUR PRIVATE PART. WHEN CHANGING, PULL OFF THE USED LINER. ROLL IT UP LIKE A SLEEPING BAG AND PLACE IT INSIDE THE WRAPPER OF THE FRESH LINER. DISPOSE IN A TRASH BIN. NEVER FLUSH A LINER TO AVOID CLOGGING. WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER.
RECOMMEND YOU TO CHANGE LINERS APPROXIMATELY EVERY 4 HOURS

My opinion:
I would say that Carefree Panty liner never disappointed me so far and still the best one for me. Based on my personal experience with above mentioned panty liners. I would say the cotton is really super soft and does not cause any abrasion on my under area even if I wore it for hours sometimes.
And thanks to the anti bacterial feature and breathable backing that allows air to circulate to allow moisture to evaporate, it prevents bacteria development. I don’t feel any discomfort or dampness which may cause itchiness. I still remember back when I used to try one of the X brands in the market and it was so bad. I had itchiness by just putting it for less than 4 hours.
These carefree liners are a must-have in all my purses and gym bags for any time of the month. If you’re always on the go like me, you’ll want to have these with you everywhere you go. They help to get me through the day without worrying. Definitely a 5 stars product.
