As a beauty lover, you’ll probably have a similar dilemma each day on what eye makeup look to do. There are so many different combinations and options to choose whether you want to apply eyeshadow or just applying mascara, eyebrow, and eyeliner. If you’re feeling a little indecisive and need a way to make getting ready in the morning less stressful, here I’ll share with you some easy eye makeup looks when you’re on the go.

STEP #1: Kate Lasting Eyebrow W Renewal Slim Pencil [#BR-3]

The eyebrow pencil has double-ended sides – the slim pencil is used for drawing and shaping the eyebrows while the sponge-tip brow powder applicator fills in any gaps to give the effect of fuller brows.

Since we are not wearing any eyeshadow, all attention will be focused on our facial features which includes our brows. This Kate Lasting Eyebrow is slim enough to draw that perfect brow and it also comes with a powder tip brush to fill and blend the eyebrow for more natural looking brows. The pencil tip is so slim and you’ll be pleased with how precise and long lasting this brow pencil is. The final effect is completely natural, lasts all day, and doesn’t smear. I also love that it’s mechanical so I don’t have to worry about sharpening it.

You can definitely spot a huge difference between the before and after. This Kate eyebrow pencil makes my eyes more lively and natural. It lasts longer and it stays put through the day.

STEP #2: Lash base and mascara set:

Next, I just need to top it off with a couple of coats of mascara. This mascara comes in 1 set, which you will get one white lash maximizer (A base for eyelashes) and one black lash former mascara. If you have a problem with short eyelashes, this mascara will help to make your lashes longer and fuller.

First, I used Kate Lash Maximizer as a base. The color of the mascara is a bit white and has that black fiber to give the lashes more length and volume. I found that it gives a better result when the wand is placed at the beginning of lashes and rotated upwards rather than just plain sweeping motion. I apply a light coat of primer and let it dry completely. It dries pretty fast too and will not take too much time.

See the difference. I’m wearing one coat of primer, and the other one is together with 2 coats of black mascara. After one coat of the primer and one of black mascara, my lashes did look longer, more volume, and does not clump my lashes at all. The key is to apply lightly, and clumps are no longer a problem.

STEP #3: Kate Super Sharp Liner EX 2.0 [#BR-2]

To open the look of the eyes a bit, I’m going to draw eyeliner with brown eyeliner. If you don’t have brown eyeliner you can use your black eyeliner, but since this eye makeup is for natural eye makeup, I’m going to stick with brown eyeliner. Be sure to leave a slight wing at the end of the eyes. This will look more natural and help create the appearance of fuller style rather than a bold, harsh line.

As you can see, the eyeliner gives a softer finish. This is ideal if I’m going for a daytime look or I’m wearing heavy eyeshadow. If you’ve got a long day and want a smudge-proof eyeliner, the Kate one will certainly offer you that. In terms of waterproof, it can last all day.
I’ve tried dabbing it with a tissue with a sprinkle of water and the eyeliner still stayed put. It definitely removes easier with mild or heavy makeup removers.
