Coupled with a claim to “naturally whiten teeth within 2 weeks”, has the Healthy White Mouthwash served its purpose? Let’s see how it’s fared for my teeth after a month of use!

PACKAGING:
Opaque white plastic bottle with a child-safe* black screw cap. While I do like how sturdy and lightweight the bottle is, I personally dislike how annoying the screw cap design in. There are times where I fail to even twist it open and it hurts my hand… even though I am obviously not a child. 😅 Though I do understand why it exists.
HOW TO USE:
Use 10 ml full strength, rinse the teeth and gums for 60 seconds, twice daily as part of oral hygiene. DO NOT swallow.
SCENT:
Moderate sweet, minty-fresh scent.
TEXTURE/FINISH:
Clear liquid consistency with a fresh-feeling aftertaste.
RESULTS / OVERALL THOUGHTS & EXPERIENCE:
To be honest, I don’t take great care of my oral hygiene… so this was a challenge to do. But after about a month of consistently using Listerine’s Healthy White Mouthwash twice a day (or at least once) after brushing my teeth, I do see a difference!
While my teeth has not become blindingly white as in the commercials, I do enjoy how fresh my mouth feels and just how clean it feels too. Less plaque due to proper build-up removal, less sudden tooth aches and sensitivity, and an overall nicer mouth feel.
This mouth wash also works well to get rid of garlic breath, and bad breath in general. Overall, with consistent usage, I do also find this quite affordable; one 250ml will last you about a month if used daily.
